CROOKED TREE SCHOOL SENT 19 STUDENTS TO SIT THE PSE

All these boys here are Crawford's; four are the grand-children of Mr. David Crawford and the last one on the right; the grand-son of Mr. Danny Crawford.

Today students in Belize are the sitting the last two subject for the Primary School Examination (PSE), Social Studies and Math. And Crooked Tree Village will be sending 19 students to sit the examinations. This number is down from last year when 24 students sat and all passing to go on to high school. The PSE  is the conclusion of the 8 years of study and hard work before moving on to high school. The students are tested in the areas of Math, Science, English, and Social Studies.

Ministry of Education states that “the examination seeks not to rank students in comparison to other students, but to report what each student has achieved for individual skills.”
